Meeting Minutes - Nov. 20, 2014
- The meeting was called to order by Traci McKnight
- Handouts: Meeting agenda, bi-laws & Roberts meeting rules
- Minutes from the October meeting were reviewed.
- The Treasurer’s report was not available.

OLD BUSINESS
- Shirt Sales Update: Per Patti Nelson the final invoice for the T-shirts had not been received or paid. The shirt orders incorrectly sized had been resolved. 3 sweatshirts were sold since the last mtg.
- Scholarship Run – No Update
- End of School Bash – No Update
- Upper Elementary Playground Project – Still need to meet with new principal. Traci will follow up with Patti.
- Back-to-School Supplies project – Still researching. Kim Leach had found safety scissors on sale for $.25, voted to purchase.
- 30 pumpkins were purchased for $1 each – teacher request.
- Pirate Chest Update – Angie Macias has asked for a list of organizations & sponsors from the school but apparently there isn’t an updated list. PTO will send out a notice to all teachers advising if they want their club or organization or fundraiser advertised on the website please let us know. Follow-up with Angie.
NEW BUSINESS
- A flyer needs to be distributed soon after Thanksgiving break for the Cookies & Caroling event scheduled for Dec. 12th.
- PTO needs to ask the schools if any group is doing a valentines dance.
- Abby Cook suggested having a “Monsters & Moms Dance” in October.
- Abby Cook volunteered to help keep the PTO Facebook page up-to-date.
ANNOUNCEMENTS
- 13 people were in attendance.
- The Greenert family joined PTO AND HELPED AT MOVIE NIGHT. Welcome and THANK YOU!
