Elections for next years Officers

PTO year end to do list hand outs.  Decide where we want to store our records for the summer month.  Pirate bags kept where?

JDR walk.  Met with a rep from the organization discuss meeting.

Set up committee to develop a PTO member sheet that will be THE official membership sheet.  Plan to set up at each elementary school next fall at the back to school night with membership forms and bags to sell.   PTO badges for in school volunteers.

Do we want to do a summer event for the kids?  Something that will involve parents possible to get more involvement.

Discuss year end party for PTO members and families.
