Treasurer’s Report

Earth Day is April 22 set up a crew to work on playground the Saturday before, April 20.

Pirate bags are in. We need to decide best way to sell. Set up table at Bingo. We need ideas and suggestions for selling the bags.

Need volunteers to help during Bingo and set up. We need bingo game sellers, concession, desserts, raffle ticket, winning game verification, Need someone to call and get volunteers to help with different areas.

Do we want to do a PTO day at the park in April?

Bingo night is April 6. We will need to get flyers out in all local business and all businesses that donated.

Set up a committee for elections for next year officers. April meeting we can list nominations and in May we elect officers for next year. Pam Whittenburg does not want to be officer again, so we will definitely need to find someone for that position.

PTO blog up and running the site is mannfordpto.blogspot.com. Need ideas to get the word out. And ways to recruit new members for PTO.

Chucky Cheese fundraiser is next Tuesday at 3pm.

Raffle drawing for a free Pirate Bag for all paid PTO members.
