6. Pass out PTO Calendar and go over 2013-2014 projects, including committee formation

1. Boats, melons, BBQ – Booth set up? (cost is $35)- August 17^th
2. Juvenile diabetes walk/fundraiser – August 22^nd
3. Open house/back to school night

• MECC – August 8^th Pre-K: 6pm & Kindergarten: 6:30pm (at ECC)
• Open House – August 13^th – 4-7pm (this is ALL buildings, including ECC)
• Angie spoke with Storm Reporter editor, Clint Harmon. PTO can put anything in the paper for free thats community related. Next editions are August 6^th and 20^th. August 6^th is going to be a “back to school” issue...suggest PTO put something in about being at Open House for parents to sign up/buy pirate wear, etc.

6. Mannford PTO Scholarship Walk/Run – April 2014 potential dates?

7. Vote on “discount coupon” for Teachers and PTO members. One time offer good towards “pirate wear” purchase. Coupon idea easier for documentation purposes. Could put coupon in “welcome back” baggies for teachers. Teachers come back to school August 12^th.
